Hanayuki is one of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Saigon.

Usually ordered salmon/tuna sashimi together with sushi rolls and favorite Japanese pancake (Bánh xèo Nhật).

The things I love the most about Hanayuki is their seafood are always fresh in taste and flavour.

In addition, my referable drinks are hot green tea and lemon iced soda.

End of the meal, continually get a complimentary fruit-of-the-day as dessert.

Hanayuki has also large rooms for groups and families with on-ground seats as Japanese traditional style.

The price is a bit high-end class but compare with what you receive - service and food quality - totally reasonable.
